Was it a full guarantee that all cadets go to the 175 if there's vacancy on the 145? If they've got their feelings hurt due to aircraft type then they're fully welcome to envoy.

Out of curiosity, what’s the upgrade time for both metals. Also, if the upgrade is around the same time, why do the 145 FO’s not transfer to the 175?

10,000 year FO seatlock. only way out is upgrade (impossible above like sen#1200 right now), and displacement

Oh... so that’s why. I thought a 2 year seat-lock was brutal...

I’m surprised that wouldn’t be a top bucket list item by the Union. Anyways, appreciate the answer, always wonder wtf the deal was with that.

it makes day one extremely high stakes here at envoy in terms of your first few years QOL

less so now that they staff the fleets roughly proportionately though, the 145 used to be the surplus new hire dumpster leading to 24 months reserve times while 175 fos had a line the next month after finishing IOE
