that's not a thing, some have claimed that AA offered to interview them through the normal process based on a CJO from United but so far the only on-the-spot CJOs handed out without a real interview were at NGPA.

Not talking about the company, it’s the flight deck culture. I’ve been in plenty of Delta jumpseats and my impression is that it is worse than both AA and ENY. It mostly ranges from coldly professional to tense and hostile.
