they just announced experience credit publicly so it looks like they’re cutting the check.

You need to read my previous response to your and Dera’s post. The 121 experience credit isn’t going to be a huge check. Not going to affect anyone except those individually that actually come in with 121 time. Probably about what they spent on DEC bonuses earlier.

You should really ask a recruiter what the current terms are. Typical terms for the ATP/CTP class would be that if you leave within 12 months you would be required to pay back 6-7k. If you plan for that it’s not a bad deal, especially since there is always a possibility you might be stuck at a regional for a year if a recession happens. Plan for the worst, hope for the best. You might also see if the LCCs would be willing to get you current, although they are less likely to cover your ATP.

That was a good clarification, thanks.

Well, you're eligible immediately, but they kick in one month from DOH.

Any info you can provide on employee premiums? I have 3 dependents that I’m currently paying $1100/month- hoping Envoy is better.

I don't have the numbers in front of me, but Envoy is a much better deal than that. I have 3 dependents with the medium coverage option and it's between 200-300. The highest was a bit higher, but nowhere near that nonsense you're paying.

EDIT: That's 200-300 per pay period. Still nowhere near as bad.

Say you're based in MIA do you do a lot of out and backs to MIA within a day or 2 or are you basically leaving MIA and flying around the entire network/hitting all the domiciles on a trip before coming back?
