I had my interview with Envoy for FO position on June 6th and I was given a pre-employment offer letter. Since then I haven't heard back from them. I doubled checked with the school where I used to work and they have already sent all the required PRIA forms to Envoy.
There was one more guy with me at the interview and he received his CJO a week after. I tried contacting the pilot recruiting team and they just told me its in the review process.. I am starting to get worried now because its been three weeks. Anybody else experienced something like this with Envoy? |
Hello all. I interviewed 6/26 and was given a pre employment offer. Since then all my current CFI/135 jobs have sent in the PRIA forms to Envoy. I am wondering if anyone has an idea of when I can expect to hear back about a class date? Thanks!

For anyone interested—started transition from cadet instructor to FO process on June 13. PRIA seemed to be the longest process (especially if coming from part 141 school), taking about 4 weeks to complete. Received an email on July 13 stating I had passed captain review board and was emailed the CJO. After sending back the signed CJO, was contacted on the same day regarding ATP-CTP letter of commitment and scheduling for ATP-CTP/Orientation. Per the email, they’re scheduling ATP-CTP classes for every MWF and typically scheduled within 2 weeks of orientation. Received ATP-CTP confirmation on July 14 and was told to expect August 3 orientation. The contact from the class prep team said the last class only had 4 days in between orientation and indoc. Sounds like they’re still scheduling for August 3 and September 10 orientation dates.

Can confirm was given July 6 orientation and was back for indoc July 10. Some people are coming back next week for long term. Training is moving pretty fast once in.

How were the Indoc start dates allocated at Orientation? Could you bid or request a starting date?

There is no break between ground school and sim. Once you're assigned a class number, you follow that footprint for the Initial AQP program. The most you will have is 3 days off between events, with the longest break given during your home study CBT (5 days if I remember?), which isn't a break at all, given the insane amount of slides you have to watch in that time!
