Most Envoy captains are far too lazy to try to do the work and go somewhere else. I’m sure at least 60% took the bonus and are waiting to flow to the mothership. The Envoy Wives page was a great reminder of who controls many of our pilots careers.

we’ll say what you will about Envoy captains, but it looks to me like a lot of regional captains are in that boat. At Mesa we have tons of guys who have been here since the early 2000’s. I wish they would offer us any type of bonus. All they offer is 300% pay, which I’m not complaining. But it seems like everyone else is getting bonuses and we are left out

It’s an absolute gem to read. So many of them are overly vocal idiots who spew more garbage than RW and don’t know and thing about the contract or business. Definitely some valuable stuff on there, but most of it makes you feel bad for your co-workers knowing they are going home to so much bat-isht craziness.

The full definition of dependapotamus would be incomplete if it did not include the fact that the post marriage spouse is three to five times the weight of the pre-wedding spouse. Historically it also assumes the spouse to be an anything goes, anytime, anywhere female who post-marriage turns into a sexless soul-stealing witch.

*as someone that’s not on bookface, I have no idea what these pilot wives discuss and can only assume based on the bat**** crazy things my wife comes up with as some sort of reality and that it would only be worse if she was bouncing these things off of other people in a like minded bubble.
