Really though, given that only some people seemed to have gotten this email, there may be some reluctance to talk about it in places like this to keep from outing themselves.

I found a screen shot. Honestly, I didn’t see the big deal. They were addressing a problem, and trying to determine if it was wide spread or smaller group. Friendly banter amongst a team, and determining what do do. Nothing ill towards pilots as group or individual. Then suggested COAs that did not include discipline, just personal emails to individuals. All in all my impression was these folks are less sinister than I thought. They’d rather not discipline is what I got, even though they have been threatening it for this for a long time.

I honestly thought it was funny. I didn’t see much wrong with what they were dealing with. Honestly the CNC towards the few they singled out could help. Well, at least I wouldn’t receive any more hi6s about checking for the right flight number/call sign yadda yadda.
