That's absurd. I've not impacted one passenger away from Envoy and almost certainly am not responsible for a single prospective pilot to choose or not to choose Envoy as an employer. Your claim is ridiculous and indicative of someone too emotional to think straight. Please list the "damages" I'm responsible for at Envoy............specific, known quantifiable damages, not hurt feelings or bruised egos. I dare you...............I double dare you !

The fact is that while pilots for the most part don't engage in the same level of discourse in the cockpits and perhaps even some degree in the crew rooms, that is not a good litmus to indicate the pulse of a carriers pilots in regard to their job satisfaction and QWL. The pilots arguably doing the most damage are those at Envoy telling it like it is or how they see it on EL and it ain't pretty. I'm just a more convenient messenger to shoot at, that's all. Envoy isn't alone in some pilots disputing others claims of X at their carrier, it's just it seems many (but not all) Envoy pilots have more self-serving goals they feel are threatened by that.

Your own union posts the summary above confirming internally amongst yourselves that management is falling short and implying morale is poor, yet at least one of them and a slew of others are here telling another story, i.e. that "the tide HAS turned" and "it's a good time to be an Envoy pilot".

One story internally amongst yourselves and another story externally to those looking for information. I'm sorry, but that's B.S. in my book.
Yeah, you got me. i'm so emotional that I spend every day *****ing about a carrier that I dont even work for... Oh wait that's you. I think it's time for you to move on buddy and let it go. I dare you...
As for me, since I have a life, i ll just go back to enjoying it and maybe poke you again in a year or so.

I have to admit some jealousy here. Remember that I'm a sad man with obviously no life, so this is all I have. Other upset Envoy pilots have reaffirmed that repeatedly, so it simply HAS to be true as we all know that an Envoy pilot is NEVER wrong. Anyhow, considering all that, how could I let it go !

*sigh* Perhaps one day I too will get a life so I could periodically poke others like you. Oh, to dream a little dream............

Most airline insurance plans - even at regionals - meet the new Obamacare definition and will be taxed at a whopping 40%. That another $700 in taxes on a single plan, and another $1400 on a family plan.

In additional, one of the demands made by AAG to all three WO's was increased contributions. Envoy will go from 30% employee match to 35% employee match over a 5 year period. The others have similar provisions in their CBA.

Frankly, it's one of the things that they should give back at all three WO's

Is it good insurance? They are self insured and use BC&BS to administer the plan. Because they are self insured they fall under slightly different rules than an actual insurance company. Some things they cover more than required, and some things less or not at all. The yearly deductible has increased over the years but is still less than at some larger carriers.

Overall it's not bad; but it isn't the best either. I think we'd get better coverage from a group HMO. They say the most profitable industry on the planet is the insurance industry; it's no wonder they insist on being self insured.

That's absurd. Who said envoy pilots are never wrong ? Your claim is ridiculous and indicative of someone too emotional to think straight. Please list the threads and quotes within the threads that indicate and prove such a claim. And yes, I mean specifics, not hurt feelings or bruised egos. I dare you...............I double dare you !

hey, you're an AA guy.... go watch the town hall videos; the PSA guys are not happy with AAG or their management. If you think it's just Envoy, you're sadly mistaken. You have a vendetta against your former employer, we all get that.

No one said it, but many sure thnk it. I admit I'm no longer jealous. How I could be jealous of someone with so little originality, he could only copy my post almost verbatim as a response as he is obviously bankrupt of anything else ?

My dreams are indeed big and you're right.......it's a small dream to believe Envoy pilots will ever dig themselves out of the hole they make deeper by the week. Speaking of Envoy pilots and digging holes......

......I understand there's a PSA video like the one you posted here just highlighting PSA instead of Envoy with similar claims. I have nothing against my former employer as you claim, but what am I supposed to think about Envoy pilots who have seen that video and are saying things like;

- "thumbs down".
- "backstabbing, thieving scum".
- "threw up in my mouth a little"
- propaganda, cheap a-s-s..."
- PSA pilots will jump and save themselves"

Seems to me that's not very flattering and ironic as well as hypocritical in that some (including yourself) are selling Envoy here with catchy buzz phrases advocating similar "propaganda" and saving yourselves, especially since I don't see PSA pilots selling PSA like you do Envoy or advocating doing so at others expense like poaching their pilots in a pilot shortage. Then inexplicably, many Envoy pilots go on from attacking that video to attack not only their own company, but each other.

Come on Mason, we both know what you and some of your chums are about and it's a real shame you've sunk to this level. Again to all, if you really want the pulse of the Envoy pilots, join EL and see for yourself. There are some real winners there and many of them are here too conducting themselves no differently with the exception of trying to deflect that and attacking others who expose that. These same hypocrites then attack me for simply flipping on a light switch they want to remain off and then I become the bad guy.

You've guys go some real work ahead of you to get back to respectability IMO and I think you need to spend more time looking at yourselves instead of throwing rocks at others.

Good Luck !
