It has been proven time and time again yes, management reads these boards. Maybe not Dougweiser himself, but when something posted on EL was quoted the next day by Pedro at a town hall meeting it was pretty clear.

Finally took the plunge and decided to quit Envoy/Eagle. Best decision I ever made, wasn't sure at first but now I'm completely stress free.
Wish things could rewind and MIA/all the other bases would stay open. But commuting cross country for this garbage isn't worth it. I believed the hype for awhile, waiting on the possibility of retention bonuses and a shot at an upgrade but I got tired of the lies and deceit. Between the completely uncommutable schedules, 0 help from the company to get to work, and a complete lack of regard for their pilots I threw in the towel.

Why not, it's the truth. It's no coincidence that they renamed the company with such a gay name as "Envoy". The word "envoy" should now be redefined as a rectal hole into which Doug Parker has shoved his pecker.
