Basic math tough for you?

so if there were no more new hires you are saying that envoy could flow into extinction?

They can only withhold to the minimum which is currently 20 subject to 50%. In November it goes to 30 subject to 50%. That is the minimum. Currently we are averaging 62%. How's yours working?

I think we both know if there is no fresh new hires coming in, the flow stops, regardless of what AA promises you. They're just not going to wreck their own feed on purpose.

Not even AA can ignore a court arbitrated ruling.

Means nothing to a new hire who ultimately loses. They're not part of any such ruling.

There was no court and no judge. In fact, there was no arbitrated "ruling" (award) concerning anyone after the 824. That ends with the last of the 824. The protected pilot agreement was a mutual agrrement between the parties and not an arbitrators award. The two don't carry the same weight and it's likely that's why an actual award was avoided by certain parties.

True they are not, but...

About 1200 to 1500 pilots above them are.

We didn't lose anywhere near that amount.

The snarling anger and jealousy that raves through all your posts makes it obvious you are not who you say are. Glaringly, you are just another incognito ex-Eagle hater. The amount of time and effort you spend into blasting away at this place makes me sad for your life.

I notice you don't level the same criticism at your town cryer who spends even more time here. In fact, considering his MULTIPLE forums and social media jihad, it dwarfs my efforts here. The only thing I'm blasting is the misinformation being spewed on this forum to sucker the gullible. I understand you're upset with that as you are on a crusade for your interests and those interests require a thick pad of saps below you to grease your ride.

No, they'll give the planes to you and we'll save the jumpseat on the 73 for you to commute to your 20 year interview.

Reality is that will never happen. Their 6 year flow and other things they'll do will keep envoy well staffed as the FFD industry contracts. However, we have no minimum staff requirement and only a 40 hull mandate so in the worst case we could do exactly that... Let you guys staff the regional planes while we flow to AA. The 40 hull minimum would allow our senior guys to retire here while everybody else goes.

Any way you dice it, going to Envoy now is a smart choice.
