I think all the carriers well have to go with ab-initio...hiring HS students and paying them to train up thru their ATP. But, how will AK air, HI air, jet blue, etc., afford to compete???

The last question says it all for me. So much for the "promise" of aggressively seeking additional flying opportunities. Remember that contract you guys convinced the majority to ratify in bankruptcy? The one that would "position us to acquire new large rjs and aggressively seek additional flying?" yeah, this is why no one believes any of the companies "promises" any more pedro.

you cannot and never get additional feed contracts from another mainline if you are owned by another mainline. it is that simple. that simple item was missed by 75% of the pilots who voted yes on the bk contract. to bad they don't understand the business. but they are getting the business from aag now. great job. oh, how are those large aircraft promised and fleet guarantee promised in BK, oh that's right is was secret and could not be put in writing guess we know why now. than you to those 75%.

I believe they code shared the flying that was done for aa as eagle,as American eagle airlines directly code sharing to a delta flight number.

Or American eagle airlines from lax to Rno as aa 3200 and egf3200 was code shared to delta as a code share partner, American eagle airlines in a select market as delta flight 7655 from lax to Rno. And it was short lives.

Does anyone know if we lost another 80+ pilots last month? Someone in the Miami crew stated this today and that would put us over 160 pilots lost in two months.

Mason said management would wait until we hit critical mass. I wonder if we're close:rolleyes:

Seems like this has all the makings of a horrible summer.

All I know is that the new list in MIA shows me 6 numbers senior. That's a lot of movement for MIA FO list in one month.

Can a new hire get MIA or DFW out of training?
