Finally? I have said it all along. So you know, sonny boy, I have voted no to every contract ever given at this place. You can thank me later.

I have hoped they would work something out for some time now. We will see what happens. When you start talking likes jerk, you will get it right back from me though.

you can thank the spineless wimps, you can thank those who would sell anyone out for a flow slot, you can thank ALPA for most of the negatives, you can thank those short sighted for not thinking long term because they were going to mainline.

Sooo I was told I'd receive a call last Friday regarding my pre-offer. Still no call. What the heck is taking so long?

That's going to be true of any airline at this point. You pay your money, you take your chances. It's been said before; that's aviation, one needs to be prepared for these eventualities, and to blindly come in expecting everything to be puppies and rainbows is the fault of the individual.

Edit: looks like the tools with more time in the flight levels than Chuck Yeager are starting to show their colors again. Why don't you clowns stick a sock in it and not get another thread locked up?

Thank you.

Here's a good guideline to go by:

Everyone who works behind a desk at this company is completely and entirely inept.

If that right there isn't a red flag, then I don't know what to tell you.

Do your homework.

Agreed. No one aspires to retire from a regional.

These crusty old shts need to realize that they never attained anything worthwhile in their own careers, and therefore have no business giving career advice to others.

The logic that because someone didn't go to a major carrier they must be a failure makes absolutely no sense to me. A lot of our most senior CAs spent less than a year as a FOand have been making over 100k with weekends and holidays off for years. A lot live in base and their qol is pretty amazing.

Not everyone aspires to fly right seat in a narrow body for the final 15 years of their career. People make decisions in life bases on what is best for themselves, not what is perceived by others to be best for them.
