There are so many people posting here simply complaining. If it is so bad here and opportunities are so great elsewhere....LEAVE. LEAVE NOW!!! Why are you waiting. If you're young, you have your whole career ahead of you. Maybe you've only been here a few years. JUST move...go to where you will be happy ... LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO LIVE IN AGONY! If you're more senior and think you "can't move", find something else to do with your life that gives you happiness!! I'm serious...make decisions that make you happy...whatever that is for you.
