Really, as a current envoy pilot, i mean really, the dog has been kicked for so long it has no desire or the will to continue (pilots) shut this F'n place down and be done with it. It is a pi ss hole at best. Training sucks, schedules suck, treatment from management sucks, my paycheck sucks the airlpanes suck.
