Without any of these actions, the latest consessionary TA would not have been possible, and for that we thank you.

No, they don't. We do however would like to acknowledge Endevor and PSA for putting us in this mess to begin with, and PDT for stabbing us in the back AFTER we voted no the first time.

40 pathetic airplanes
No mention of e145's continually transfered away
No increase in flow
Reduction in our take home pay
and they think a lousy 12500 is gonna buy my vote
HARD seniority numbers (for every envoy pilot) is the only thing Id ever vote yes on.
Everyone has to think long term if we continue to lose aircraft at some point we are going to be losing them so fast flow will have to increase to 50% of a possible 100-120 new hires a month after SOC
Gaining an extra even 6 months of seniority means that extra time spent on the top of AA pay scale 6 months of 777 CA pay is a hell of a lot more than $7500 or $12500. And the more junior you're the higher the impact. I'm hoping that the guys leaving to AA in the next 3-6 months don't sell us out for a quick 9000 after taxes
