Current FOs stay in the current 8yr payscale.

824 flow = 50%, metered up to 30 after the 1st 175 get here
Protected Pilot = 35%, metered up to 25 per month. After done with the 49th 176 goes up to 50% or 30 a month
NH after Protected = 35%, 15 slots
NHs after DOS = 25%, 5slots
So, there they are asking Envoy to bring in a B-Scale Contract? That's pretty bad.

I believe it states no less than 30 in the term sheet. The bullet points are not written as clearly as term sheet.

If it weren't for PSA, Envoy would not be in this mess. The only thing PSA is owed is a nudge off a cliff.

I would hope that would be true. I honestly believe though, if it wasn't PSA, it could've been PDT. Just some food for thought.

So let me get this straight... American is transferring Envoy's aircraft to TSA/XJT/PSA because Eagle cannot staff them.

So their solution is for Eagle vote in a concessionary contract, and this will somehow make Eagle able to magically staff 40 aircraft that they could not supposedly staff before? Oh, and as an added bonus, they are going to guarantee another 30+ in attrition each month and think that is going to solve their "staffing" problem? Ha!

Still planning on shrinking a ton, DENpilot. The 40 175 ARENT additional airframes and there's no clarification about the fate of our current 140/145s in this TA

Duration is too long. 10 years? Really?? There will not be any regionals left by then. While we wait for those 10 years to pass, supply and demand of pilots will grow exponentially in our favor. Not only is it reprehensible to vote in a B scale at a place that already IS a B scale, but for 10 years? LMAO!!!!

Sorry, but PsA started the 10yr contract. Our union looked for protection to the current pilot group.

True, no less is the correct wording.
