Enjoy explaining for the rest of your careers about why you voted yes. That goes for all yes voters, at all carriers, who just could not stand a little heat and consequently pull a ripcord, then hide behind FFD vs WO rationalizations. What was Parker going to do, shut us ALL down??

You had what? 2000 pilots at the time of your last vote? 30% of them voted yes. That's 600 pilots.
240 pilots voted yes at PSA.

Good luck getting on my jumpseat if you pass this horrible TA!!! If you pass this I will loose all respect for every pilot who works there. You will be letting down all of the people who worked hard to make changes. Don't be bullied around in the midst of the largest pilot shortage in history. Stand up for more than minimum wage. Hold your head high!

PSA
PDT
Eagle
Pinnacle
GoJet
All no-gos.
I'm so glad you've come up with the perfect solution to our problem.

pagey, relax... Take some deep breaths... No reason to panic just cause Envoy got a offer with E-jets in it. I know you want us to vote no so you can get our deal. We will vote what WE think is best for US. Relax...

You were very vocal about how voting yes to concessions was wrong, scummy, etc. Now it's ok because "we think it's best for us?"

If everyone would have voted no I feel like everyone would be In a much much better predicament now with the quick upgrades still happening with better pay and work rules, really sucks going from a better paying Cfi job to the regionals. Just saying they couldn't have shut everyone down. Or at least I think..

Do you really think their replacements would do any different? Richard's even more brutal when it comes to his feeders and so is Count Chocula over at United. All airline execs whipsaw labor against labor and at the regional level is where it plays out the most since that’s where they have to most opportunity. As a feeder you will always have mainlines thumb on you so take my advice is get the hell out as soon as possible. Don’t make it a career and with the retirements and demand for pilots at mainline over the next 10+ years there’s no longer an excuse to stay.
Fight a good fight but bail when you can and understand that at the regional level you may win a battle here and there but you will lose the war.
