Sure they have a choice.

Vote NO and shut her down, planes will go to sub par regionals.(they win)

Vote YES keep her afloat for 10 yrs while you try to get out, with a sub par contract thanks to the bro and sis of PSA PDT etc.

envoy pilots have NO leverage.

They have come to Envoy 3 times?????? 3??? Twice saying we'll shut you down and haven't. And this deal is worst then the first deal. They have some kind of leverage don't you think??
