The latest batch were Nov 1998 hires. I finally figured out what you were asking. Flows are treated as new hires at AA. The only two differences that flows have are: we keep our vacation longevity, and we carry over our short term sick. In all other ways we are treated as new hires, including AA senority.

Wow it's amazing how much PSA scum has made it ls way into our conversation here. It's almost like the smell of concessions is an aphrodisiac to them, drawing them, making them want to drop their pants and bend over.
Someone said it best earlier so I'll just quote
If Envoy votes this in PSA and PDT can still keep their ID's backwards.

Keep making yourself feel better by using PSA as a scapegoat. Our vote was about survival, the same way yours will be. The intention was never to harm another group, as you have convinced yourself of.
There are more yes voters at Eagle than there are at PSA right now.....Do you hate them too?

Fleet plan is 40 E-175's scheduled to be delivered between Nov 2015 and Aug 2017 with options for 90 additional E-175's.
Effective with the delivery of the 1st EMB-175 (Nov 2015) aircraft Envoy "824" Pilots will occupy 50% or minimum of 30 slots in a given month at American Airline new hire classes.
Protected Pilots Envoy Pilots will occupy 35% or minimum of 25 slots in a given month at American Airline new hire classes.
Effective with the delivery of the 40th EMB-175 (by Aug 2017) aircraft Envoy pilots will occupy 50% or minimum of 30 slots in a given month at American Airline new hire classes.

PSA had what? 15ish -700's and 35 -200's before their vote. Parker could've had new homes for those planes faster than most guys could snap their fingers into a job at a major.
The chest thumping is over. Envoy guys, just do what you think is best. If you want to deny jumpseats and call people scabs or this new made up word "modern day scabs", call it to your friends you envy so much at the majors. They did this to you. Not PSA, not Endeavor.
