Correction sixteen year contract with four amendment rounds, but 16 year deal.

No, they don't. We do however would like to acknowledge Endevor and PSA for putting us in this mess to begin with, and PDT for stabbing us in the back AFTER we voted no the first time.
Without any of these actions, the latest consessionary TA would not have been possible, and for that we thank you.

If you don't think this is a deal worth voting in... Vote no. I have been following this thread as an outsider. I have heard a sentiment of "we will stand for what we believe in." The PSA, Pinnacle, Peidmont vote should have no bearing on your decisions. You guys have a tough decision to make but it is YOUR decision.

I have faith that Envoy pilots will vote this obvious concessionary deal down, on B scale standards alone. This will not pass. Envoy pilots will hold the line.

40 pathetic airplanes
No mention of e145's continually transfered away
No increase in flow
Reduction in our take home pay
and they think a lousy 12500 is gonna buy my vote
HARD seniority numbers (for every envoy pilot) is the only thing Id ever vote yes on.
Everyone has to think long term if we continue to lose aircraft at some point we are going to be losing them so fast flow will have to increase to 50% of a possible 100-120 new hires a month after SOC
Gaining an extra even 6 months of seniority means that extra time spent on the top of AA pay scale 6 months of 777 CA pay is a hell of a lot more than $7500 or $12500. And the more junior you're the higher the impact. I'm hoping that the guys leaving to AA in the next 3-6 months don't sell us out for a quick 9000 after taxes

It amazes me that airline management still thinks they can hammer current pilots contracts, while whining how they can't seem to recruit new pilots. Oh the irony!

You have to ask yourself, what does this deal do to attract new hires? Be prepared for MEC dialogue on the order of 'sign it or shut down'.

That's what it actually came down to; the company showed tangible proof that a shutdown was planned. This TA, while concessionary, is still better than what PSA has. Of course, if those scumbags had not signed one first, we would not be here faced with cuts or no jobs. I truly hope those yes voters rot in hell.
