That is terrible. Sorry guys.

Did they say that they want the pilots gone?

The union email will be out shortly. They hope to run off half of our pilots, preferably to fill the coffers at their other regionals, who have started to struggle with hiring. Yes even your own airline has finally started to show some cracks.

I hope everyone stays and forces them to furlough.

It is just a matter of time until all of the regionals struggle to find pilots. That sucks. It seems that management has a petty grudge and won't let it go.

Yep. I feel horrible for the 5-8 year FOs here that will now need to find another home. I hope most make it to something better rather than starting over at another regional.

I also hope Doug Parker dies befor me. Peeing on his grave is on my bucket list.

What a bummer, sorry guys/gals... I hope everyone lands on their feet but sadly we all know this won't be the case. Whatever Doug is doing with his wholly-owneds should be noted by any looking to get into this industry. There is nothing about this that is based on skill. It's all luck and timing. And those who strive to make their airline a decent place to work are trodden on.

Grudge? I know you're not an Eagle guy, but you seriously think this is all about them voting no?

C'mon man. This is part of the plan. Either way Eagle was going to shrink substantially. The senior guys will flow, and many will just quit. AA wins. They staff their new flying done at TSA, PSA, and Piedmont, and costs go down at Envoy. Watch out, PSA is next on the menu at the concession stand. I mean that very sincerely too.

PSA can take those pilots can't they? Planes, Routes, and now their pilots.

Goodluck!

Yup. There is nobody that doubts this. With the upcoming arbitration and the discussion of increasing the SSP that are happening at the same time, they will obviously be hitting us with something else. No one trusts AAG.

(and...it really takes a special person to wish ill-will on another pilot group)

Well then I must be special because I hope all the bad things in life happen to PSA pilots.
