In other words, you voluntarily bid reserve.

They may or may not put out the vacancies.

However, 700 upgrades over 18 months equals just over 38/month. The training center is quite capable of those numbers as they had well in excess of that every month in 2011.

It's far from "black and white" as you put it.
699 after he goes to PSA.

For someone who always acts above board and only discusses facts, you haven't referenced very many of them so far.

I think your reading comprehension needs to be examined.

A...new...hire...TODAY...is...currently...projecte d...

Not someone hired 3 years ago.
"Very reasonable assumptions" ?

70% of present F/O's upgrading in 2017 through the first half of 2018 ?

But you're right. The concern isn't keeping present Envoy pilots as most have indicated they plan to ride this puppy to wherever it takes them, but new pilots and so the sales pitch continues.

The fine print however, seems to tell a different story if one truly reads it.

The training center is capable of it so what's your point?

One could say the exact thing about the EST (Envoy Sales Team) as well. All I see are proj........er "suggestions" as your regional sales manager has clarified in a past post.

The only things I have stated are that the suggestions don't hold water, many at Envoy are unhappy and untrustworthy of their management and so far, both hold water.

Of course, the jackals will never concede that which ruffles their fur.

Are you sure about all that? Because there is only ONE pilot on the seniority list currently who is a May 2013 hire...and he works on Christmas.

Want to try again?

Yet you overlooked, or were content, with OP misrepresenting the 2.5 year upgrade as being applicable to those hired in 2014 or earlier.

You accuse others of only choosing the facts that support their agenda, and I hope you realize you're doing the same.

Whether the employees believe management to be untrustworthy or not, doesn't effect the fact that what they are saying about the upgrade is POSSIBLE.

Uh oh, it's those pesky facts again. Guess he should have checked the seniority list before making stuff up.
