"Unless you see 700 upgrades" - You said it yourself.
They may or may not put out the vacancies.
However, 700 upgrades over 18 months equals just over 38/month. The training center is quite capable of those numbers as they had well in excess of that every month in 2011.
It's far from "black and white" as you put it.

What he meant was "the lines I wanted weren't available and saying I'm 'stuck on reserve' sounds better."

Here is Rick's latest:
"With very reasonable assumptions, a new hire today is currently projected to upgrade to Captain in two and a half years – and flow to American approximately six years from hire."
I think your reading comprehension needs to be examined.

Not someone hired 3 years ago.

70% of present F/O's upgrading in 2017 through the first half of 2018 ?
But you're right. The concern isn't keeping present Envoy pilots as most have indicated they plan to ride this puppy to wherever it takes them, but new pilots and so the sales pitch continues.
The fine print however, seems to tell a different story if one truly reads it.

The only things I have stated are that the suggestions don't hold water, many at Envoy are unhappy and untrustworthy of their management and so far, both hold water.
Of course, the jackals will never concede that which ruffles their fur.

One could say the exact thing about the EST (Envoy Sales Team) as well. All I see are proj........er "suggestions" as your regional sales manager has clarified in a past post.
Thenonly things I have stated are that the suggestions don't hold water, many at Envoy are unhappy and untrustworthy of their management and so far, both hold water.
Of course, the jackals will never concede that which ruffles their fur.

You accuse others of only choosing the facts that support their agenda, and I hope you realize you're doing the same.
Whether the employees believe management to be untrustworthy or not, doesn't effect the fact that what they are saying about the upgrade is POSSIBLE.

Uh oh, it's those pesky facts again. Guess he should have checked the seniority list before making stuff up.

An unsubstantiated claim. Besides, even if it was, they'd have to run twice that many through to include new-hires (that almost certainly are not likely to exist every month in the future). That's perhaps 1500 long-term training events over that 18 months and the bubble alone would likely cripple Envoy to mimic where RAH is now. If what is you say is true, then management should have no trouble confirming their intentions to match your claim of their capabilites.
All I hear on that is silence, exept for 205 upgrades next year. Is it me, or have the jackals called in reinforcements from the woods ?
Sure seems like it.
