Right now if PSA does get something better with a retention bonus, Envoy has a "me too" clause that went along with our deal. So we would get it also.

I think if PSA would have held out with us in the past on the money grab TA's, we would have all gotten something better then too.

I used to think that AAG would have shut down PSA. I'm actually not so sure anymore. Was PSA a small airline back then? Yes. COULD they have shut PSA down if they really wanted to? Also yes. And they could have done it much easier than they could have to Envoy. However, all that being said, I don't think they would of. I think their plan has always been 2 or 3 regional partners. One flying the CRJ and the other flying the ERJ175. PSA still would of made the most sense even had they voted down the concessions. Our leadership screwed us with that. And they screwed us with our flow agreement. We aren't hiring and so our flow can't reach more than 5 /month if we aren't hiring and upgrading. Meanwhile, Piedmont, an airline half our size is going to step up to flowing 5 /month in a few months. They were played like a fiddle by management and didn't have the best interests of the pilot group in mind. Hopefully our new leadership and essentially what has become an entirely different pilot group rectify some of this.
voted yes. But you know, it's never the pilot faults. 😂

Not going to beat you up only give some advice. Don't trust a union to tell you how to vote. Don't blindly cast a vote based off of bullet points, roadshows, Q and A pamphlets, CA's opinions etc. Do your own homework, find out what you want, do your own due diligence and vote educated and full of confidence. Make your mind up not to be "misled" by anyone. If need be fight for education and truth if your union is pushing something on you someday. A union can only mislead if the the rank and file allow themselves to be uneducated about facts and choose to remain silent about it.
