What did Compass do to make everyone want it to fail? First 9E now Envoy. The planes aren't going anywhere until 2020 at the earliest.

When I was at Compass 90% of the guys were former 121 or from other already sank ships. I keep in touch with guys still there and though new hires are coming from the nursery, most of the CA's are former 121 guys with 4K hours. I also do not understand the hate.
As far as them loosing those airplanes, last performance number I saw showed Compass peformance above Envoy. What's the deal here guys? Let them be.

Quick upgrade. People are jealous. Saw it at xjt before I left. "you're stabbing pilots in the back, majors won't care about pic soon, stand[fail] with us".

Those planes are AAs, Parker need to make his WO attractive. He already said that if is cheaper to make it in house that's the way to go. Bringing those 175 in house it's a way to attract pilots.
It's not about the performance, is about the price.
