There absolutely is a true up for the 824. Read the arbitrated agreement. As for the PP group, it actually is contractual but based on the transfer of Eagle aircraft at the time to AA. Everyone beyond the 824 and PP groups are straight contractual numbers.
What does this mean in the end for those of you who don't know? It means that the flow is strong and protected by contractual language. I know many are coming here for the flow and you can rest assured that there is language that protects you. Beyond that, AAG has wholeheartedly bought into the flow concept and fully endorses it. It was actually their idea to provide a total career option by coming to Envoy. Now, instead hiring at Brand X regional who flies for three different carriers, you hire on at Envoy for your AA career. After upgrading in around 2.5 years, you'll flow on to AA in under six for the career of a lifetime. Don't let the naysayers here steer you away with false statements about the flow reducing or ending. As said above, it's contractual and AAG wants to see you succeed. |

This company has some major problems, fortunately flow is not one of them. But I personally don't see me hanging around for my flow unless QOL improves and the company fixes reserve and follows the contract. Go look at the latest interactive seniority list |
Hey guys, I plan to be a commuter until I can get DFW on the 145, may I ask regarding the trips, are most of the lines commutable in or out at least on one end or both?

Also as it pertains to commuting, how many commuter clauses are you allowed? The APC page says 6 in a rolling 12? Is that accurate? I had heard it was 3 in a rolling 12 which is not very much when dealing with ORD....

This is the stuff that gets people pi$$ed at you. You come on here and throw out these numbers as if they are factual. Based on union numbers, nobody from envoy will flow in under 6 years until June of 2021, and after a while those numbers start to increase as will upgrade time. I'm not a flow doomsayer, I think it's a good thing but I don't believe it's as great as you make it out to be. And for you to say someone should switch from Jet Blue or Spirit to envoy for the flow is ridiculous.

Yeah I agree his numbers are inflated. However, the numbers you are looking at is based on no attrition. So we won't have zero attrition but probably not as good as CR700 is saying. Somewhere in between is what I'm guessing.

In my previous post I didn't even note a monthly or annual flow rate and you are trying to tell me they are inflated?

From the 824 agreement. "Up to 100% of each class until 50% ratio is achieved, in aggregate based on the total number of new hire positions in aggregate overntime."

You posted that we should "plan on" 40/mo beginning in January. That seems to be inflated.
Quit trying to wordsmith everything and twist it that the company isn't following through. They have been and will continue to do so. Do you want to flow or not? Help the situation instead of trying to torpedo everything would be a great start. |

Also you violate the contract practically every single day. The benefits AAG get from the flow currently outweigh the costs. If that ever switches obviously they'll violate it again. Save us the corporate feel good BS. |
