So you think 360-400 flows next year is accurate? And does cr700 still insist that 40/mo is beginning in January? Were those honest mistakes on your part and his? I don't think so, considering how you both pretend you didn't make those claims. Why don't you answer for that?
I have posted the positives of working here (have you ever admitted the negatives?): upgrade times are dropping fast, first year pay is a huge improvement, training is great here, the flow is a huge benefit. But you don't think these positives are enough, and you insist on inflating the flow numbers beyond reality, and insist that the negatives are exaggerated. They are not. People should have the whole truth when making important decisions, not just the management spin and incorrect numbers. You management types and management apologists are inflating flow numbers for your own gain, and refuse to admit the many problems we are having. We are going to continue calling you out until you start telling the truth. I'm not an apologist and I'm not management. I've volunteered for the union twice in the past and I've been here 10 years. If I can see the positives in this place then you, smutter and others should be able to as well. Envoy is in the best position in years at present. Let's take advantage of this momentum and hire as many as possible and flow maximum numbers. |
As a potential NH, interviewing in Jan, based in NYC, what is the realistic timeline for
1) reserve 2) upgrade 3) flow I understand full well that what seems apparent now may change dramatically for any of 73 reasons - but what is the reasonable estimate with current trajectories... |

Just throwing this against the wall, so take it for what it is: Reserve in NYC will be short, maybe only a month or two. Upgrade should come at about 3 years. Plan of flow taking about 7 years. That's probably a worst case scenario, but plan for the worst and hope for the best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
How about RSV in ORD for the CRJ? Long time as well?
Also how do they break down RSV days off? 2 days or 3 days off with how many on? |
I got CRJ ORD 19DEC16 class and I am also wondering this. I'd like to get the answer from a line pilot on this thread if possible. Thx.

I think 360 is very well inside the realm of possibility. AAG has asked for 40/month for the first three months of 2017. If we could send that many and then back off to 30/month then 360-400 is doable. It does depend though on Envoy's needs for any given particular month. Don't forget the true up though. At the end of the year the company has to true up any flows if they get behind on required numbers. That essentially could mean 40/month for the last three months of the year instead.

On top of that, you admitted that you know you will go in 2018, but the last 2006 hire is quite a bit less than 360 away from flowing. So even you don't believe your claims. Let's "take advantage?" Really? Of the trust of fellow pilots? |

1) no clue, but LGA is gonna be our most junior base.
2) 2-3 years to upgrade. 3) flow in 6-8 years. |

This sounds like a reasonable guess to me too. Just be ready for anything.
