AA the new spirit airlines. your friends at spirit will be captains in two years and when apa gives in on scope for more money that new hire at aa will be looking at furlough since there will be 25% reduction in staffing requirements starting next year.

keep trolling.

JG and Friends made it very clear that "flow" is worthless whenever they decide to shut the airline down again. It's very risky to stay in hopes of "someday flowing." While Charlie Bucket is patiently waiting his turn, all his buddies will get legacy seniority numbers ahead of him. (It's easier for an LCC pilot than a regional pilot to get hired at a legacy).

I'm happy for your friends who were able to improve their careers by going to Spirit and jet Blue.

I'm sorry they misled you, but perhaps this is the most appropriate welcome to envoy you could receive.

what I am talking about is the flow and anyone who puts it out there is an idiot and a company koolaid drinker.

my friend left 4 years ago for an LCC and then went to United, if he stayed here he would still be looking at another two years for flow to aa. But because he did not bite on the flow lollypop as most are he is 3 years at United and by the time the guy next to him on the seniority list at envoy flows my friend will have 6 years seniority at Untied.

Everyone can get to a mainline without a flow. Flow is just another way AAG gets you to work for less than everyone else.

I believe the majority of pilots on property think that after the 824 is gone, all bets are off for the rest of us to flow. I'm around 100 short of 824 and I'm very concerned what will happen afterwards. I'm putting my apps out at the big three plus SW. Whoever calls first I'm gone. I would love to stay and achieve my dream of going to AA but the way the contract is always reinterpreted and ALPA pretty much looses every grievance (0400 RAP a major one for me.) I've accepted that I must do what's best for my family. They come first.

The flow is not "worthless." It's contractual. It has a value and a very high one at that. The Envoy hate on here is ridiculous. It's generated only by a few malcontents who are very aggressive in their posts. I've got to say that they are VERY dedicated to their cause. I'll give them that.

you flow value is predicated on alpa and the tony scum who over 6 years screwed over the letter 3 pilots so they can tony and scum can get something. yes it has value, the value of screwing over 300 pilots and a shi+ contract on top. The real value is for AAG for the low pay especially at envoy.

But you and the rest of the management troll hang in there, there are plenty of easily controlled pilots here and applicants coming to give you that rise you folks love.

I was referring to your 25% staffing reduction next year claim, along with furloughs and APA giving away the farm on scope.
