I know I can get a little salesy sometimes. But, take a look at Spirit and Frontiers contract. It's terrible. Everybody knows Allegiant sucks and Jetblue isn't what it used to be. Most guys at Spirit and Frontier especially are really unhappy and just looking to jump to a legacy. American is already out of the question due to so many flows. If a Spirit, Allegiant, Jetblue or Frontier guy came to Envoy, they just guaranteed themselves a spot at American while they can continue to apply at legacy carriers. It's a no brainier.

They were likely just a couple of years from AA when they left. Now, they are on the outside looking in. A new hire today will likely will pass them in a terminal somewhere in 6 years wearing an AA uniform while they are desperately trying to get hired at a legacy. |
Anyone from the Dec19th class able to use their travel benefits? It's a shame that they brought us in for two days on the beliefs that all benefits would be available over the holidays.
