I've said it before. Even junior LCC guys may be looking at Envoy now with things continuing to improve daily and most of all, for the one interview and express flow to American.

Exciting times at Envoy.

Junior LCC?

Not an effing chance.

"Yeah, jetBlue ain't panning out. Think I'll go back to envoy and get my "guaranteed" job at AA in 6ish years."

Said no one ever.

Dacuj needs a probable cause drug test ASAP

Welcome aboard, and congrats on the holidays off!

Last relevant flow was this.

Hired AA: 11/15/16
Hired EGL: 10/16/00

#655 out of 824 has flowed as of the end of NOV if anyone was wondering out there in internet land

The only guy in the 30th NOV class had a much older hire date at ENY

I just flew with an FO from that time frame leaving for Spirit. They let him delay his class to receive his retention bonus here right before he resigns. Said he couldn't stand the schedules here any more.

Most guys at Spirit and Frontier especially are really unhappy and just looking to jump to a legacy. American is already out of the question due to so many flows. If a Spirit, Allegiant, Jetblue or Frontier guy came to Envoy, they just guaranteed themselves a spot at American while they can continue to apply at legacy carriers. It's a no brainier.

There are no guarantees in life, even less so in the airlines. I agree it is very likely they will have a job at AA, but yes, you are still "salesy," aka dishonest.

I am literally at DFW going home and talking to envoy pilots they all really like it here I don't think it's as great as the recruiters on this thread make it sound and I don't think it's as bad as a few others make it sound I think it's somewhere in the middle I have never had a perfect job and all I can do is bring my positive attitude to this company Let's see what my posts look like in 6-8 months!

Welcome aboard, I truly hope things work out for you here.

Update: in a move that surprises exactly nobody, now instead of 330 next year Rick Wilson amended it to "close to 330."

Flow. One interview and then a major. Two guys I know from the 2010/2011 timeframe went to Spirit and Jetblue respectively.
They were likely just a couple of years from AA when they left. Now, they are on the outside looking in. A new hire today will likely will pass them in a terminal somewhere in 6 years wearing an AA uniform while they are desperately trying to get hired at a legacy.

Anyone from the Dec19th class able to use their travel benefits? It's a shame that they brought us in for two days on the beliefs that all benefits would be available over the holidays.
