It still a bit vague on if someone is grandfathered in after probation ends or from the first day of indoc.

Depends on a bunch of factors: how big this vacancy bid is on the 22, What happens to the lines each month, how quickly people who are awarded Captain get to training, base transfers, TDYs. But my guess is around 3-4 months

NH’s should be told this by the recruitment team prior to Indoc or the Union during Indoc of what they will earn year 1 & year two, and any gray area disclosed for proper expectation and financial planning. I’ve been talking to an employment lawyer/firm. I’m giving them more documents next week for review, maybe I will get more clarity on my rights.
I feel fooled, strip teased all year with expection of a bonus, and left naked in the cold. Business as usual or false marketing recruitment tactics?

I do not care what the Union says. I do not trust them to handle the situation in my interest. I believe they follow the stream of least resistance.

Honestly the only way we see this going away is if we get a new TA with permanent improvements.
