There goes the idea a bunch of people wouldn’t show-up in hopes of jumping to Endeavor. Just pointing out most people are not willing to instantly throw-out a sure thing (hired at Envoy) for a hope & a prayer to get into Endeavor.

Just two new hire classes planned for January correct? 15th and the 29th from what I’ve heard. Any idea what class sizes are looking like for those?

Im pretty sure if you look past these big numbers, Envoy is trying to secure as many people as they can. Correct me if I am wrong but class numbers almost doubled after Endevour ratified their new contract.. hmm before it used to be that you'd be put in the next class if there were more than 35 people, now they don't want to do that for a reason.

Everyone has their own reason for going. I have talked to NHs in the most recent class that wanted to jump ship and go to Endeavor but felt like it would give them a bad reputation. To each their own. A raise would sure be nice to go along with these tax cuts we are getting.

Not quite. Envoy has been running classes of 40-60 since July.

Here’s an article from the ALPA Daily email this morning with new routes for American regionals starting Spring/Summer 2018. Lots new flying for envoy but the most interesting is 6 daily flights from JFK-PHL starting 03APR18. Let’s get the PHL base rumor mill back up and running to take our minds off the pay raises we won’t be getting any time soon.

Such a short puddle jumper commuter turboprop kind of turn. PHL base? The Saab 340B or ATR coming back to Eagle is more likely.

But at this rate nothing will suprise me. 18-24 months ago, no troll would dreamed to guess that Endeavor’s pay rates could be what it is today.
