Thanks captain obvious. I was asking if it was within the commuter policy.

I think the answer is yes. Are you saying it is scheduled to are within the same minute of sign in. I think you would be covered. BTW, I am 0/10 for the drive-by -sign in recently

Same same for the denial HI6 messages that comes days after they should. Then take a screen shot of the date and time and who the actual sequence was awarded to.

I’ll probably have about 6-7 decent cases for grievance by the end of next month now that I’m keeping track of it properly.

I have problems with the fact that they are awarding trips to reserve guys for consolidation, or full trips disappearing in the 0400-10am next day window. What irks me is that they sit on your partial RF request for days and then subsequently award it to someone needing consolidation, or someone else then picks up the full trip when they should have already broken up the trip by that point.

N3D/BASE/EQP/SEAT/DATE (ex. N3D/LGA/EMJ/FO/18) shows the seq data (ie. who it was awarded to, time is was awarded, and reason code, etc.)

in this example the far right column is the one you are looking for

SB = Stand By Shift
DP = Displaced for IOE
IE = New Hire IOE
LT = Low Time seq given to meet consolidation
OT = OverTime
OO = TripTrade
RF = Reserve Flying (RAP given an assigment, could've profferred for it or called out on same day)

Also if you know the original seq# you can type 24/SEQ#/DDMMM, this will help you find the flights you wanted as CS will not always keep the same seq and just tack it onto the original sequence of the crewmemeber

While I agree screenshots are a great way to keep data, this is pulled directly from DECS and "sometimes" (put your tinfoil hat on) data disappears.

I also know that some trips aren't even appearing on the OT board at all, they're bypassing that and awarding trips to reserve pilots well in advance without even giving a line holder an opportunity to pick it up should they wish to.
should have been here when the LTFO debacle was going on

Great summary, thanks for taking the time. I always had trouble tracking down the flights I was cherry picking as you mentioned the seq number changes after they award the partial to someone else.

Except almost none of the new guys ever use the old school computer system. They're all in the app.
