Five year flow for new hires is being advertised by recruiters via the facebook page. Hmmmm.

That'd be nice.

Last time they visited the flight school I used to work for, I think it was in February, recruitment said 9+ years and increasing and this was reflected on the PowerPoint as well.

Neider goes around saying 5 years though.

Wondering if there’s a change to the flow coming soon that recruitment knows about but the pilot group doesn’t yet.

The rumors of 35 a month would make a 5 year flow. No idea if it is actually on the table, but 2100 pilots would flow in 5 years at that rate.

They did increase it to 32 for this next class... I think due to arbitration of all the grievances coming up may have something to do with it... Starting to negotiate a better flow rate. 50% OR 25. If class is 70... You better flow 35

Maybe right....my take is probably something simple. Envoy management decisions trail far behind reality, not before.

Default Question

My first leg tomorrow is a deadhead from ORD to DFW. My question is, if I no show the deadhead and D2 to dallas, would I still have the commuter policy protection if I couldn’t get to dallas? Thanks in advance
