Maybe today the mass resignations will start. Even on the ERJ side the captains I fly with say all their FOs have interviews somewhere else. Half either jetblue or spirit, the other half other regionals, mostly envoy or piedmont.

Too little, way too late IMO. Every FO I have flown with in the last 2 months (except for 1) has interviewed somewhere, about to interview somewhere, has already left, or will be resigning this month after the bonus.
She’s taking on too much water at this point to be saved. (IMO).

Not too late....Its not like they will be gone forever! lol The MEC extended the LOA from 3 months to 6 months.... everyone can leave and they can make announcement in April and then they can all come back to xjt within 6 months from leaving... the training center may be a little backed up, but they can still come back and keep their seniority numbers

We’ve had several at PSA as well. Almost instantaneous upgrades at all of the AA WOs as long as perpetual CA reserve is your cup o’ tea.

And why would anybody in their right mind leave this place, go through training, and then decide to come back? Upgrade will still be many years, pay will probably be less (due to not upgrading), and even if UA offered a flow, for many it would be faster to get hired off the street at a legacy or LCC.
Im a 16 year CA and number 800ish on the ISL. It would still be years before I would flow (and a flow is the only thing that would make this place have a chance of survival. NO enhanced CPP will save this place).
So again I say, time has run out. The ERJ side may survive with a 100 or so frames, but I believe the CRJ side will be done shortly.

Unless its been changed, this LOA does not apply to anyone that has made a lateral move to another regional (which is where most of the attrition is going). So its useless to most. And those that could use it have gone on to DL, AA, UA, FedEx, SWA, etc... So they don't need it.

But hey, they might be able to share some news about something that might be in the works, during the conference call. Can't wait.
