Both have a lot of empty promises. Xjt has a better contract, good training, good qol. Transtates, poor contract, talks of a buyout, poor qol. If you live in one of the bases or can drive go there. You will be much happier.

Gotta pass the HPI to get to the interview, THEN get through the final review.

Don’t lock your self into just a UA “posible interview “ go somewhere you can upgrade get some pic time and apply to a bunch of majors. Look at the 1000+ XJT guys/gals that just made a lateral move.. some after 8+ years... honestly things could turn. And they could be the next on top.. this industry is so cyclical...

Willing to put some money on that one? Even being pessimistic, no way UAL can find people to fly all the ERJ's by the end of the year. Probably not even enough ERJ simulators in the US to train that many pilots that quickly.

It's not even worth responding to him. He's a troll and never posts anything worthy of consideration.

As far as the industry being cyclical, it sure is. People were fleeing Endeavor just 3-4 years ago. As to becoming the next to be on top... I'll believe it when I see it, but it's possible. I'd argue that with our current relationship with United, we're actually better positioned to get there than TSA.
