They don’t seem in a hurry to get a deal done. You have to wonder if the master plan is to let this place fail while Inc continues to reshuffle new flying to skywest.

That or to make things look so dire that the pilot group is happy to be absorbed by SKYW.

SKYW just wants to make it look like they tried to save XJT just before absorbing what's left. But they are full of siht.

I think management is afraid DAL will file a lawsuit if the CRJ side can’t finish the contract.

Currently, TSA is failing pilots in training on purpose. Heard he audio with my own two ears. Regardless of how a person feels about mgmt at a company, to fail fellow pilots on purpose is just wrong...

What's their reasoning behind the intentional failures?

One can only assume it’s to diminish the pilot’s ability to get hired elsewhere.

I had heard the same rumor not too long ago. I think the rationale is that by failing pilots, would make looking for a job elsewhere more difficult, hence, TSA would have pilots staying at there. Once again it's what I heard once. You can't believe everyone and everything you hear, specially in this industry. Moreover in APC
