This is true, they had in the past people who never wanted to upgrade so language was written into the contract that said you had to upgrade. Of course it wasn't meant to be a forced upon everyone thing, it was there to prevent permenant FO's. leave it to eaglvoy to use the contract however they see fit with their very special management decoder glasses.
So if you wanted to go there with 1000 121 time from ten years ago, your going to be displaced to ca.
Of course that will be in lga and you will be on reserve with a 4am rap your first day.
