Yup and 2007 hires are sitting in upgrade right now big guy. I don’t blame them from complaining one bit, clearly now they have become the acquiring carrier.

A new hire at XJT is a fish caught on survival string to be eaten by those pilots still clinging to a capsized airline. New hire fresh meat only prolongs the point at which cannibalism takes hold. Skywest and United don’t seem to mind this scenario. The best thing a prospective pilot can do is stay away from XJT, hastening the cannibalism thus hopefully forcing Skywest/United to step in and do the right thing whatever that is. Prospective XJT pilots, be merciful to current XJT pilots; stay away for your own safety, and pray for their survival!

List integration wasn't fair? ..and then, somebody had the balls on the CRJ side to grieve your windfall wasn't enough. Enjoy the right seat buddy. You're MEC earned that for you during negotiations... when they refused to negotiate.

I'll start earning Capt pay in May and will be out in Sept. I'll take it in the chin until then. I'm used to it.

Hmm. There is no “grievance process” for seniority list integration. Only a dispute resolution process and that has to do with where you are on the list.
