Yea I kinda exist here with a one-foot-out-the-door mentality. The latest email from JM seemed.....well, the tone was mixed. The MEC is still positive but they admit they're frustrated. Fleet manager position has been filled and the first group of instructors start training next week.

Aside from that.....I got nothing.

Where are the instructors training? Are they training on the SIM? Or, still just in Systems or Indoc?

The blast mail sounded like the union was still optimistic that the 2 contingencies were still in place to happen.

With a statement like that you must be “With her” we are the deplorables or what?

In the words of the immortal Yogi Berra, "predictions are hard, especially about the future".

There's a book that can maybe can do some good here and help Folks put their life in perspective, entitled, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor E. Frankl. You can probably pick up a copy at your local Library.

So now management has resorted to lying to employees about the number of XJT pilots returning from K4. Sad and pathetic.

Some in management have been spreading rumors that a large number of XJT pilots are returning from K4 in order to give the impression that it is not a good place to go and stem the bleeding. The number is about 3. Out of more than 100.
