Many on the Ejet move on to Southwest, Delta, United, or Alaska. Most leave after their 1,000 TPIC. One was picked up by Delta immediately after their Captain IOE.

The ones that move on to Spirit or ACMI seem happy. Our average tenure of an FO is under a year. Our average tenure of a CA is under 5 years. Our CPP is reaching to 4 years tenure.

We have CRJ guys going to SW and Spirit all the time. Southwest seems to like the attitude of Mesa pilots. Maybe it's the "get it done" attitude. I actually really like the pilots I fly with at Mesa. Some really great people.

We canceled 14 flights today, 6 for crew. I'm surprised the CP office sent out an email on the steps to resign. That's usually a union type of email. I guess they are inundated with resignations.

How do you see what the reason was for each cancellation?

Create mostly un-commutable trips in a base where almost everyone commutes, lines worth about 60 hours of credit with minimum days off. Gee... I wonder what would happen?

That’s about how many ZW was canceling a day during the summer. United needs a carrot if they want reliable express service.

The ALPA graphs that I've seen show a small percentage of Mesa pilots hired at United and Delta compared to other regional airlines. That was for 2018. I saw that Spirit and Frontier had a large percentage though.
