Ask the recruiter what the contract is. 2 years after IOE is pretty standard.

I have a good friend "in the know" that said Ual has a staffing plan in place to staff not only 25 175's, but possibly alot more in the future... he said expect something better than a CPP to be announced at some point in future so Xjt will have people knocking down the door to get in. *WINK *WINK He also gave me the wink wink 2 weeks before the Purchase was announced and that happened, sooooo expect more to happen at some point in the near future Don't know when or what exactly, but it will be very very good

There will be more than 25 175s is what I’m hearing as well. There is definitely a larger plan.

There is only one regional where those 175’s can come from. The agreement among the majority owners (Delta, United, American) of Republic is to retain flying there. And, SkyWest has a promise for the next 25. Per the United fleet documents, that leaves one place the new 175’s can come from.

They have Priority Position in consideration for the next 25 dual class aircraft. That doesn’t equal a promise.
