That's a steeper hill, but not as steep as the one that is going from 145 FO to ER7 CA...maybe they have prior CA time...

It's not to hard. I went right seat CRJ with no left seat time to the left seat in the ERJ. Breezed right through training and was ready to be recommended for release at 15 hours on the plane, but needed 25 for regulations.Originally Posted by YANXJTPilot
