I just interviewed in the middle of may...

know your jepps, know your aircraft systems, lots of "what if your captain is drinking past the 8 hour rule", "what if blah blah blah", know what the stock closed at, CEO name, chief pilot name, which bases are for continental, which are for delta, which are for xjet branded flying (the guy in the second room that day was in a bad mood). they're gonna ask you about your previous work experience, things you liked, things you didnt like, your most challenging flight, name 3 qualities that describe yourself, etc etc. brief an approach, or brief a departure. They gave me some departure out of somewhere in mexico and had me finger fly it. was easy, they're very similar to american plates. They asked me crossing altitudes, airspeed restriction (know all your airspeed restrictions, inside class B, below class B, in class C, etc) . know when you need an alternate, and what the wx needs to be there to allow it to be filed as an alternate.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at [email protected]

good luck!

they asked me the Chief pilots name, the CEO, stock price, and their "financial situation" I just spit off a paragraph I printed from wikepedia worked like a charm................. If you know an average amount of stuff and they like you, you'll get hired.............

I flew a year of part 135 about 10 years ago. The last 9 1/2 i have spent flying corporate part 91 in a challenger and BBJ. The airplane is being sold so i am hitting the bricks. I am hoping that the airline side is a little more stable than the corporate side.
