Max at Pinacolaba is 5.25% matching.

Health insurance contributions are another thing to consider as well. It will definitely affect your bottom line every month, and varies widely from company to company.
We have some 4th year FO's making more than you at PCL. Moneys there if you want it.

Making more than that flying an average of 54.5 hrs a month? My YTD hours flown is 654. I'm not trying to be a d1ck, I'm just saying I'm not killing myself over here either.

Where are you going to be commuting from? If you come to XJT, you will probably be sent to EWR or ORD. EWR can be a pain in the as$ because the trips are not very commutable. A lot of 5:30 am starts and 10pm finishes. Different story in IAH and ORD.

Here at Pinnacolaba you'll likely get the Saab, the junior bases are IAD and IAH. There is a chance you could get the Q, I'd expect EWR for that but a few from a recent class got IAH. As far as I know we don't have very many commutable lines at any base, and since you'd be on reserve it won't make too much of a difference. If you have to commute definitely go with the easiest commute.

I'm in the midwest.. so Chicago is easily commuted, east coast is a pain though. Texas would be nice.

Once offered the job, do some never get assigned a class date? I am in the pool at Colgan, anxiously awaiting confirmation of a class date. I am a little reluctant to continue job searching, but I suppose Colgan is not a "sure thing" just yet?

Interview first... You may end up with only one choice, that will make the decision alot easier! If you get both go with whom ever gets you in class first because theres a very good chance both will put you in IAH
