In general, how much time do those recently hired at XJet have?

I'd suggest calling HR if you have been offered the job. In the past guys have been forgot about. Stay on them for a class date.

Well, I think he is saying the two companies are fairly evenly matched, but the new Pinnacle contract might be biasing his decsion.

Pinnacle management is already asking for concessions and BK doesn't appear out of the question, XJT/ASA/SKYW is in healthy financial shape, plus you would be on the XJT side which easily has a better contract than PCL before they give back. Unless you live in a PCL base I'd go with XJT if you get offered both.

With Eagle in bankruptcy and PNCL mgmt asking for concessions, it's not going to be easy for the new XJT to get a good contract.

The XJT side doesn't need a new contract if its going to be worse than the current.

I was under the impression that management had not asked for concessions yet ???? This is jut rumor as of now.... Did you listen to that three hour phone call of people asking the same questions and getting the same useless response ?
