That's funny. When I pull up my post, I see mainly XJT, C5 and logbooks with some Air whiskey, TSA and Skypest.
When I look up your post, I see you all over the place but mainly not XJT. I see a lot of your posts in Frontier, Allegiant, Spirit, Mesa and those seem to be a great place for you. Go back and read your posts. You push a lot of XJT Kool-Aid and bash almost everyone else. https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/s...1&pp=25&page=6 As I said before, help your fellow brothers and sisters out and give them some good advice and stop being a 60 year old crotchety dude. No XJT kool aid being pushed. Just defending the lies and misinformation that you like to spread. It is obvious that you hope XJT closes it's doors so that Commutair can get more growth. Take your own advice and "help your fellow brothers and sisters out and give them some good advice" Stop spreading the lies. Oh and change that screen name if you cant stop the lies. End of argument on my part. You are not worth the time and frustration. |

Wait a sec, it was you who began the blaming and included pilots as part of the blame!

True, I did spend too much time on here "trashing" some other regionals in the past. I realized what a waist of time it was and that it was not my position to judge why others chose the regional they did. The rest of my posts were all questions for some LCC carriers.

There are no L-XJT crews in DFW. That base is gone. If you want to know about the L-asa base of CRJ's that are at AA, then try asking on this thread:

I see CommutAir is retiring Q200s and Q300s in 2017-2018.
ExpressJet is losing ERJs in 2017 to CommutAir and TransStates. Are we possibly not going to have UAX as XJT by the end of 2017??? Mesa gonna take over all those routes? LCH, LFT, BHM, PNS, AEX, MLU, JAX, SHV, etc...who's gonna do it? SkyWest? Mesa? Not many IAH regional operators to do it. Kinda scary... |

Expressjet will be dismantled and Buried first quarter 2018.
You mean it as a whole right? Not L-XJT or L-ASA. ExpressJet as a whole will be gone by 2018. |

I would be surprised if ExpressJet (ERJ and CRJ) are shut down in 2018, but the odds of it being around past 2020 aren't very good.
The CRJ contract with Delta expires in 2020 and the AA CRJ-700 contract expires in 2019 (it is only a 2 year CPA). I cannot speak for the ERJ United CPA, but the AWAC deal announced in January does not bode well for XJT as I believe the ERJ side will have less than 100 airframes in 2017. It is really sad what is happening at ASA/XJT. |
