Maybe I’m missing something but looking at RST it doesn’t really seem to say what they offer. If I click anywhere it asks for log in and I’m not a member till I know what I’m getting. Only interested in the technical questions

What are you getting? Exactly what you need to study or practice. And no, haven’t looked at the site since getting hired and also not getting any kickback. 😊

Two years at FedEx since passing interview. One day at 2nd yr pay is more than the 900 spent on both rst & ecic. Previous mil type & absolutely would have botched the first day for both Cog & test without RST. The 2nd day - especially the SBI portion - was achievable using ECIC. Just like the commercial- getting hired at FedEx - priceless.

RST for the aviation knowledge prep was absolutely invaluable, could not of passed the test without, although at least 10 questions were nowhere in the study material. The COG trainer, while it was up, again, invaluable, made the COG testing super easy.
EC different story. SBI prep very useful. The Fedex interview is very straight forward, EC did not do much for me for the interview itself. However, they have lots of resources available. If not for the SBI prep, I would of not spend the money on EC.
It depends how much value you place on prep. Fedex is a life changing job.
