It’s been a few years since my interview and I wanna make sure I’m giving my buds goof advice. Is RST still of much value? My understanding is the cog trainer is gone (that was what I found valuable of their offering). Should I still be steering guys that way?

That is all you need. Also the COG trainer for RST is back.
