Better to ask an interview prep company as all those who interview at FedEx sign an NDA.

Yes. All interviewees are asked to sign an NDA regarding the entire process.

Spitfire test prep was absolutely worth it. Huge success rate, absolutely prepares you, and you can practice as many times as you want for the interview
