That's what I've been doing. Good to hear that method worked out. Also, congrats on the interview.

Thanks for the insight and also congrats! Did you use a resume/app review service? I've used one each and i'm wondering if there is one that has optimized its process best for FedEx.

Thank you! I personally did not use a service for FedEx. I went through it very meticulously myself and also had a couple FedEx pilots who I know go through it as well. An app review service is never a bad idea though. Lots of good ones out there, but I’ve heard positive feedback from people who used Checked and Set.

When I first got my application together several years ago I had it professionally reviewed, and one of the recommendations was to include the time I had before I got my license (and not solo) as SIC with the note that "SIC time is dual received that is not logged as PIC." That way all of my flight time is accounted for. Has anybody else gotten this same advice? Has anybody else filled their application this way and gotten an invite? Maybe this is what is holding me up?

This checks. I did the same and currently in the new hire pool. All time logged before PPL was entered as dual received.

Great info! I didnt have my time logged as such. My only SIC time was from actual SIC at my regional airline. So, I'll go back and check that out.

Anyone know if it correct or best practice to put an availability date of "today", one week from now, two weeks from now, etc? I am available immediately, but does the system not like it when an availability date is the past? I know they have system limitations, but if I put the current date, then the next day it is out of date unless I update my application every day at 0001. Am I reading too much into this?

Don’t sweat it. Just put the current date each time you update your application. They seem to understand the system limitation.

Does anyone know if the 100 hours currency in 12 months is for the interview or also required at the time of your class date?
