Its not hard. If its unsafe dont do it. If your fatigued dont do it. Simple. If you don't have the fortitude to make the tough choices then state as such and stop hiding behind deflection and complaints.
If you are flying fatigued or knowingly excepting unsafe operations then you’re in violation of FAR’s and company policy per FOM. Simple.
Thats always been the problem with this pilot group. Unwilling to make the tough calls due to the almighty dollar (draft dollars on occasion). Company laughs at our spineless group.
Funny part is the type such as you who cant make the tough calls are a managements wet dream. You are part of the problem in this pilot group.
I can’t wait for negotiations. This pilot group will get ran over because it lacks a spine. Throw some dollars out and pilots trip over each other.

The Ignore List is great.. I don't see any of his posts anymore. If more people would do that... and NOT Quote his silliness.. the troll would go away.
In my 10+ years of being here on APC I only have 3 on my ignore list.. but he earned it.
But.. to each their own if you want to continue to feed the troll.
