Just not sure how the process works if none of the dates they send align with my off time. Thanks in advance.
How does FDX notify you for the cog/ personality test?

I did the cog/personality test last week. Earliest interview date available was 26 Jul.

They add new dates for the online through the original link. I was in Indoc with a carrier and could not call in sick so I had to wait about two weeks. Probably cost me 40 numbers but I couldn’t do it. I did find time to make it to Memphis in between sim sessions for the interview.

Thanks for the info. Responses like this are actually helpful instead of just “call in sick”. I was able to work around it thankfully and will take the test next week. Thanks again.

About how long after silver bullet should someone expect some action? Decent resume... Good GPA degree, prior military, LCA, 3.7TT and approaching 1k TPIC. Been updating app for almost a year every couple weeks or so.

Timeline is widely varied. It depends a lot on the seniority of the sponsor, and that sponsor’s engagement with his/her fleet captain. Best thing your sponsor can do - go to his/her fleet captains’s office and bang the drum for you. Repeatedly. I wouldn’t call it a silver bullet either - FedEx PEs certainly do not always drive an interview. It’s a chance for the sponsor to highlight a sponsee who was already qualified for the job. It’s definitely a good thing, but jt hasn’t been as powerful as the pilots would have liked. Best of luck to you though…IMHO, FedEx is definitely a career worth waiting for.

Anyone know of the delays in training right now based on airframe? Trying to figure money stuff out.

In addition to what DirtyPurple said, the last SCP update said that FedEx currently has 2400 personal endorsements on file. We are hiring 70 pilots per month. Therefore I would say it’s a bit presumptuous to ‘expect some action’ on a certain timeline. Many guys and girls here waited years to hear anything at all.
